How is the survey conducted?
Once you have chosen the package, I will send you a link to an Internet portal with a survey. You can complete the survey at a time that is convenient for you. After completing the survey, we will arrange a date and time for a feedback session.
How long will a survey take?
HOGAN – about 20 minutes for each of the 3 surveys.
DISC – 15-20 minutes
DF – 15-20 minutes
VIA Strengths – 10-15 minutes
When will I receive the results?
If a report is included in a package, I will send it to you before our feedback session. You will then have time to read it and prepare your questions
I recently completed a survey. Should I fill it out again to get feedback?
If you have retained a report, you can skip the passing survey. A feedback session on your report will cost USD135.
If more than 1.5 years have passed since you completed the survey, or if your life has changed significantly after completing the survey, you should complete a new survey as the changes may affect some of the results. We can disclose the reasons for the differences during the feedback session.

How long does the coaching take?
One session lasts 60 minutes. The duration of the whole coaching process depends on the particular request. Usually it takes 6-10 sessions.
How are the coaching sessions held?
Sessions are held online (Zoom) or in person (only for St. Petersburg, Russia), once every 2 weeks or once a month.
At our first meeting we set a goal and its criteria and specify your request for coaching. One session lasts 60 minutes.
Should a first session be paid as well?
If we have not worked in a coaching process before, we first have a 20-30 minute call. After that we decide whether to start a work. The first session of work (and also the following ones) are to be paid.

ABOUT

Before starting my own practice as a coach and assessor, I worked for more than 5 years in a global law firm and managed teams for more than 10 years, including the departments LEGAL and HR at CEO-1 level in a company with more than 13,000 employees.

I have team leading skills, mentoring skills, and project management skills, as well as experience in business process development and adjustment.
Today I am a certified assessor in HOGAN (HPI, HDS, MVPI) and DISC& Driving Forces and business coach, member of International Coaching Federation и European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

I am on my track to my further development: I will graduate from the Faculty of Psychology in 2022 and I am currently completing my course in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
